Dollywood’s newest resort – Opened in Fall of 2023 – The Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort offers unique vacation experiences with its five-story structure that houses themed suites and loft rooms. The refurbished Smoky Mountain lodge boasts four-story lantern-style windows in its inviting atrium, along with indoor and outdoor swimming pools that offer a rejuvenating escape throughout the year.
The resort also features a scenic outdoor cove complete with communal fire pit, family gathering spaces, and a screened-in porch. With 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, the resort will accommodate events for hundreds of guests.

Resort Guests Have Priority Access – Any resort guest with valid admission to Dollywood and/or Dollywood’s Splash Country will be granted priority access to the parks based on their ticket type and the reservation stay dates.
Complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver Pass – Each resort guest with a valid Dollywood ticket receives a complimentary Dollywood TimeSaver. (That’s a value of $60 per person, per day.) Dollywood TimeSaver can be used to access select rides and unlimited daily show reservations when applicable. (TimeSaver is not valid at Dollywood’s Splash Country).
Complimentary Door-To-Door Transportation – The DreamMore Trolley makes it simple to get to and from the parks, dropping you off steps away from the fun! Also, DreamMore guests can opt to drive their personal vehicles to Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country and park for FREE. Choosing to ride the DreamMore Trolley or drive your own vehicle will save you the standard parking fee of $25 per day, per vehicle.
Complimentary Package Delivery – Purchases made throughout the day from our merchandise shops of $25 or more as well as fragile or oversized items will be delivered to the resort for FREE! Simply stop by the front desk to retrieve your item when you return from the park.
Saturday Early Entry – Every Saturday resort guest with tickets can enter Dollywood or Dollywood’s Splash Country one hour prior to opening to enjoy a select ride. (Dollywood’s Splash Country Early Entry is only available during water park operating season.)

The Cove – Just outside of the Resort is The Cove, where Guests can relax, recharge and play. This cozy but spacious area is tucked between the Resort and a beautiful hillside for an immersive mountain experience. The Cove Outdoor Pool showcases waterfall cascading from a rock feature to mimic the natural beauty found in the Smokies. The Cove Outdoor Hot Tub provides Guests 16 and older with a relaxing oasis in a beautiful mountain setting. Plenty of pool and patio furniture is available for Guests to relax and recharge.
The HeartSong Indoor Pool – located on the first floor, is a heated indoor pool and the perfect spot for Guests to relax year-round.
Splash Pad – Kids at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodg & Resort can splash and play all day at The Cove Splash Pad.
