Universal Studios Florida has announced the inclusion of a third haunted house. They have announced “Stranger Things,” for the upcoming Halloween Horror Nights 32 via a television advertisement, which was shared on Twitter by user @ACELAND.
Previously, “Stranger Things” had been featured as houses and mazes in both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Studios Hollywood during 2018 and 2019. Speculations about a new “Stranger Things” house, possibly influenced by season four of the show, had been circulating for a few weeks.

“Stranger Things” season four was broadcast in 2022, while the release date for the final season, season five, is yet to be determined. Season four portrays the separation of the main group, with characters like Mike, Will, Jonathan, and El in California, Hopper in Russia, and the rest of the gang in Hawkins. The season introduced several new characters, including the beloved Eddie Munson and the villain Vecna.
Halloween Horror Nights 32 is an annual ticketed event held in the autumn at various Universal Studios locations worldwide, including Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Studios Japan, and Universal Studios Singapore. The event takes place on selected nights from September to October, sometimes extending into November. This year’s event is scheduled to run from September 1 to October 31 at Universal Studios Florida.
Admission to Halloween Horror Nights is separate from regular theme park entry. While it is not mandatory to have theme park admission to attend the event, having a day ticket allows guests to remain in the park instead of exiting and re-entering when the event begins.
Halloween Horror Nights 32 will showcase a total of 10 haunted houses, 5 scare zones, and an undisclosed amount of live entertainment. So far, only two houses have been confirmed, namely “The Last of Us” and “Chucky,” with the rest of the lineup yet to be officially announced.
